The SMS/Email Subscription Management feature lets you easily subscribe or unsubscribe from notifications via a single, unified interface. Whether you prefer email or SMS, you can verify your contact info and manage subscriptions in just a few steps.
This guide walks you through the redesigned flow for both SMS and email subscriptions.
📱 Manage Subscriptions via Phone Number (SMS)
Go to the Self-service portal.
From the menu, select SMS/Email Service.
On the page, choose the Phone option.
Enter your phone number.
Complete the CAPTCHA to verify you're not a robot.
Press "Send me a verification code".
If needed, click "Resend code" to receive a new one.
Enter the verification code you received via SMS.
Click Verify.
You will be redirected to the Subscription Management page.
📧 Manage Subscriptions via Email
On the same page, choose the Email option.
Enter your email address.
Complete the CAPTCHA to verify you're not a robot.
Press "Send me a verification code".
If needed, click "Resend code" to receive a new one.
Enter the verification code sent to your email.
Click Verify.
You will be redirected to the Subscription Management page.
🧾 Manage Your Subscriptions
On the subscription page, you will see a list of containers (available subscription).
Next to each container, click Subscribe to enable notifications.
To subscribe to all containers, click the "Subscribe All" button.
You can also choose how many days in advance you'd like to be notified.
To unsubscribe from all containers, press "Unsubscribe All".
To unsubscribe from a specific container, press the Unsubscribe button next to it.
Your changes are automatically saved.
The next time you log in, you will see your saved preferences.
