Navigation app — tickets

The Tickets tab in the Navigation App is where you can view and manage all tickets in detail.

This guide will show you how to view, filter, and manage tickets in the Navigation App.

Follow the steps below, and use the screenshots as a visual reference, to quickly learn how to work with tickets from anywhere.


Tap Trigger Settings to view and customize ticket filters. You can choose to display:

  • All Tickets

  • Tickets Created by You

  • Tickets Assigned to You


Filtering by Status

Use the Status filter to show tickets with a specific status.


Filtering by Priority

The Priority filter works the same way, letting you filter tickets by priority level.


Refreshing the List

Swipe down on the ticket list to refresh it and load the latest updates.


Viewing Ticket Details

Tap on a ticket to open its Overview Page, which contains all the ticket’s details.


Event Log & Internal Notes

The Event Log shows all communication related to the ticket.

  • Add an Internal Note directly from the Navigation App.

  • Internal notes are visible to everyone in the event log and are useful for sharing important information with the team.


Creating Tickets

From the main page, tap Add Ticket, fill in the required details, and tap Create.

Select the containers you want to create a ticket for.

Selected containers will appear in the right-hand column, where you can also remove them. Tap Confirm Selection.

Choose the relevant Ticket Type and enter all required information and tap Create.


Once created, your ticket(s) will appear on the main page of the Navigation App and across the WasteHero system.

You’re now ready to manage tickets efficiently in the Navigation App — from viewing and filtering, to creating new tickets and adding notes.

With these tools, you can stay on top of all ticket-related activity across the WasteHero system.
