Vehicles and drivers are essential for efficient route scheduling. Vehicles determine which cars can be assigned to which routes. Drivers determine who is eligible to operate specific vehicles — and by extension, specific routes.
Accessing the Vehicles View
Go to Fleet > Vehicles.
You’ll see a list of all vehicles, including:
Vehicle name and status
Primary driver
Other assigned drivers
Integrations (if any)
Click View next to a vehicle to see more details.
Vehicle Details View
When viewing a vehicle, you'll land on the Configuration tab. Here, you can:
View and edit vehicle information
See integration options
Switch to the Drivers tab to:
View all assigned drivers
Add new drivers to that vehicle using the Action button
Switch to the Route tab to:
View all previously driven routes
View all routes planned for the future
Adding a New Vehicle
Return to the All Vehicles overview
Click Create Vehicle via the Action button
This brings you to the Create Vehicle page — which mirrors the Vehicle Details layout. Fill in all the relevant information. Note: assigning drivers happens separately.
Creating a New Driver
Go to the All Drivers view
Click + Driver via the Action button
On the Create Driver page:
Enter the driver's details
Focus on the Vehicle Permissions section:
Under Vehicles, assign all vehicles this driver is allowed to operate
Under Primary Vehicle, assign the one vehicle used for route assignment (each vehicle can have only one primary driver)
💡 Tip: You can create a driver without assigning any vehicles right away — just assign them later.
That’s it! You’ve now set up and connected your vehicles and drivers — ready to roll with smarter, smoother route scheduling!
