1. Managing vehicles
The Vehicles section allows you to view, add, and manage all vehicles in your fleet. You can monitor each vehicle’s status, assign drivers, and filter by type or other criteria.

Go to fleet > vehicles
From the main menu, click on Fleet.
Then select Vehicles from the list.
You will now see a list of all vehicles in the system.
Search or filter vehicles
To quickly find a specific vehicle:
Use the search bar at the top of the page to type in a vehicle name.
Apply filters such as drivers, vehicle types to narrow down the list.
View vehicle information
Each vehicle entry includes:
Vehicle name and type
Current status
Drivers
Add a new vehicle
To add a new vehicle, you have two options:
Fill in the required vehicle details and click Submit to save.
Edit a vehicle
To edit a vehicle:
Click on the three dots (⋮) on the right side of the View button.
Choose Edit from the dropdown menu.
You will be taken to a page with all the vehicle information.
Scroll to the bottom-right corner of the page.
Click Edit to enable editing.
Make the necessary changes.
Click Submit to save your changes, or Cancel to discard them.
2. Managing drivers
The Drivers section lets you view, add, and manage all drivers in your fleet. You can assign vehicles, configure routes, and monitor driver status and activity. Each driver profile includes detailed information to help you keep operations organized and ensure the right drivers are assigned to the right vehicles and projects.
Go to fleet > drivers
From the main menu, click on Fleet.
Select Drivers from the list.
Search or filter drivers
Use the search bar to find drivers by name.
Apply filters to narrow down the list based on vehicles.
View driver information
You will see a table with the following information for each driver:
Driver name
Status
Primary Vehicle assigned
Username
View more details
To see full details about a driver:
Click the View button next to the driver’s username.
You will be taken to the driver's profile page.
On this page, you’ll find several tabs with relevant information, such as:
Vehicle
Routes
Configuration
And more, depending on your setup.
Each tab gives you a detailed view of the driver's assignments and settings.
Add a new driver
To add a new driver, you have two options:
Click on the Action button and select + Driver from the menu.
Fill in the required driver details and click Submit to save.
Edit a driver
To edit a driver’s information:
Click on the three dots (⋮) next to the View button.
Choose Edit from the dropdown menu.
You will be taken to a page with all the driver information.
Scroll to the bottom-right corner of the page.
Click Edit to enable editing.
Make the necessary changes.
Click Submit to save your changes, or Cancel to discard them.
3. Managing locations
The Locations section allows you to create, view, and manage all the places related to your fleet operations. You can define the type of location, set opening hours, assign related data, and keep your fleet movements well-organized and location-aware.
Go to fleet > locations
From the main menu, click on Fleet.
Select Locations from the list.
Search or filter location
Use the search bar to find location by name.
Apply filters to narrow down the list based on type.
View location information
You will see a table with the following information for each location:
Name
Type
Opening hours
location
View more details
To see full details about location:
Click the View button.
You will be taken to the location's page.
On this page, you’ll find several tabs with relevant information.
Add a new location
To add a new driver, you have two options:
Click on the Action button and select + Location from the menu.
Based on the location type you select, additional settings may appear.
Fill in the required location details and click Submit to save.
Edit or delete a location
To manage an existing location:
Go to Fleet > Locations.
Find the location you want to update.
Click on the three dots (⋮) next to the location entry.
Choose Edit to update the location details.
Or choose Delete to remove the location from your system.
4. Managing vehicle planner
The Vehicle Planner helps you manage temporary vehicle replacements for specific projects. You can assign a replacement vehicle for a set period and document the reason. This ensures that your operations continue smoothly, even when a vehicle is unavailable.
Go to fleet > planning
From the main menu, click on Fleet.
Select Planning from the list.
Search or filter vehicle planner
Use the search bar to find by name.
Apply filters to narrow down the list based on projects.
View vehicle planner information
You will see a table with the following information for each:
Project
Vehicle
Replacement
Period
Type
Add a new vehicle planner
To add a new Vehicle Planner, you have two options:
Click on the Action button and select + Vehicle Planner from the menu.
Specify which project and which vehicle must be replaced, indicate the replacement vehicle, select the time period, and provide a reason (e.g., broken, other).
Fill in the required details and click Submit to save.
To Edit
Press the Edit button to open the information form.
Once the form is open, click the Edit button in the bottom-right corner to enable changes.
Make the necessary updates and click Submit to save, or Cancel to discard.
To Delete
Click on the three dots (⋮) next to the record and select Delete from the menu.
