In the top-right corner of the platform, you’ll find the Notifications icon.
Clicking this icon opens the Notifications Panel, which is divided into three tabs:
Direct, Following, and Background Jobs.

Let’s go through each one:
Direct
The Direct tab displays notifications that are directly related to you—for example, a ticket assigned to you.
At the bottom of this tab, you can:
Toggle Only Show Unread
Click View Group
Click Mark All as Read
Following
The Following tab shows notifications about tickets you’re following. These aren’t assigned to you directly, but you may want to stay updated — for instance, if your work depends on the progress of a specific task.
To follow a ticket:
Open the ticket.
Under Followers, select Follow.

You’ll now receive notifications for changes related to that task.
At the bottom of this tab, you have the same options as for the Direct tab:
Only Show Unread
View Group
Mark All as Read
Background Jobs
This tab displays the status of background jobs that are currently running or have run within the past 7 days. These include actions like bulk ticket updates that may take time to complete.
This allows you to continue working on other tasks, while these processes run in the background. Return to this panel, to view their status at any time.
At the bottom of this tab, you can toggle Only Show In Progress.
Use the Notifications Panel to stay informed and take action without missing important updates.
