Contacts

Contacts are the link between people/companies and properties, storing information and helping you manage roles, billing, and communication.

Contacts link real-world people or companies to properties in the system. Each contact can have a role—such as Owner, Administrator, or Payer—which determines how they interact with a property (for example, who receives billing information).

Viewing a contact

There are two ways to open the Contact Details page:

  1. From the Contacts list

    • Go to Contacts in the sidebar.

    • Click View on the desired contact.
