Introduction
Set up and manage your company-wide system preferences. Configure how maps are displayed, choose default units, time zones, and currencies, manage dashboard access, and enable optional CRM features.
To access these settings, go to: Settings → Company System Preferences
Available options in company system preferences
Map settings
Map country – select the country for map display (e.g., Denmark).
Enable Custom Dashboards – allow users to create and view custom dashboards.
Preferences
Country – select the company’s country (e.g., Denmark).
Time zone – set the default time zone (e.g., Europe/Copenhagen).
Currency – choose the default currency (e.g., Danish krone, DKK).
Hour format – choose 24-hour (00:00–23:59) or 12-hour format.
Optional units
Distance (optional) – set the unit for distance (e.g., kilometer, km).
Weight (optional) – set the unit for weight (e.g., kilogram, kg).
Volume (optional) – set the unit for volume (e.g., liter, L).
Temperature (optional) – set the unit for temperature (e.g., Celsius, °C).
Optional features
CRM Enabled (optional) – enable or disable CRM features for the company.
