Step 1: Accessing Bulk Tickets
To begin, go to the All Tickets page.
Click the + Create Bulk Container Tickets button in the Actions section to start the process.
Step 2: Select Containers
In this step, you can search and apply filters to find the containers you want to include.
💡 You can choose which columns to display in the table by using the column selector.
What You Need to Do
Use checkboxes to:
Select individual containers
Select multiple containers at once
Select all containers on the page
Unselect all containers using the available button
After selecting the containers you want, click Next (located at the bottom of the table) to continue.
Navigation Buttons
Below the container table, you’ll find:
Cancel – to exit the bulk ticket creation process
Next – to proceed to the next step
Prev – to go back to the previous step (available on steps after Step 1)
Extra Options
View Selected Containers
You can click on Selected containers to see what you’ve chosen so far.
View as a list
View on a map
This helps you double-check your selection before moving forward.
Step 3: Ticket Details
In this step, you’ll choose the ticket type and fill in all the necessary details.
What you need to do
Search and filter to find the ticket type you want to use.
Select one of the available ticket types.
⚠️Some ticket types may appear inactive if no containers with a property have been selected. (You can hover on the inactive tickets to find out the reason)
Fill in all the required fields related to the selected ticket type.
⚠️ Each type may require different information, so make sure to complete all relevant fields before continuing.
Once you’ve filled in all ticket details, click Next to continue.
Step 4: Preview and Complete
This is the final step, where you can review everything before submitting the bulk tickets.
What You Can See
A list of selected containers
The ticket type and related details
All filled-in information from the previous step
You can also use search and filters to quickly find specific containers in the list.
If you see a container you no longer want to include:
Click Remove next to the container to take it out of the bulk ticket.
Once everything looks correct, click Submit to finish.
Result
After submission, you’ll see separate tickets created for each container, but with the same ticket type.
