1. Accessing Bulk Tickets
To begin, go to the Tickets Overview page.
Click the + Create Bulk Property Tickets button in the Actions section to start the process.
2. Step 1: Select Properties
Find the Properties
You can:
Search for specific properties
Apply filters to narrow down the results
Change visible columns in the table using the column selector
Selecting Properties
Use the checkboxes in the table to:
Select a single property
Select multiple properties
Select all properties on the current page
Unselect all selected properties
View Selected Properties
At any point, you can click Selected properties to review your selection.
You can view the selected properties:
As a list
On a map
This helps you verify that you’ve chosen the correct properties.
Navigation Buttons
At the bottom of the page, you’ll see:
Cancel – to exit the process
Next – to move to the next step
Prev – to go back (available after Step 1)
Once you've selected the properties you want to include, click Next to continue.
3. Step 2: Ticket Details
In this step, you’ll choose the ticket type and provide all required information for each selected property.
Filter and Select
You can:
Search and filter available ticket types
Select the type that fits your case
If needed, you can go back and update your selected properties before continuing.
Fill in Required Information
For each selected ticket type, complete the required fields.
For example:
You can select a category from a dropdown
Or enter new values manually (e.g., for new container requests)
If any required information is missing, the system will notify you and prevent you from continuing.
Once you’ve completed all ticket details, click Next to proceed.
4. Step 3: Preview and Complete
This is the final step where you can review all the ticket information before submitting.
What You Can Do
Preview ticket details for each selected property
Review the ticket type and all the information you entered in Step 2
Use search and filters to find specific items if needed
Final Actions
At the bottom of the page, you’ll see:
Prev – go back to Step 2 to make changes
Submit – to complete the ticket creation process
Once everything looks correct, click Submit to finish.
Result
After submitting, you’ll see individual tickets created for each selected property, based on the details you entered.
Each ticket will have the same type and structure but will be linked to a different property.
