How to Edit Bulk Tickets

Bulk editing allows you to update multiple tickets at once — but only if they have the same ticket type and same status.

  1. Go to the All Tickets page.

  2. Select one or more tickets using checkboxes.

    • You can select individual tickets

    • Select all on the page

    • Or unselect all using available buttons

  3. Click Bulk Edit to begin.

Only tickets with the same type and status can be bulk edited.

Step 1: Edit ticket details

Once you enter the bulk edit screen, you’ll be able to update fields such as:

  • Priority

  • Status

  • Ticket information
    (e.g., description, additional details)

If you want to remove all changes before continuing, press Clear changes.

Navigation

  • Click Next to proceed with the changes

  • Use Prev if you need to go back

Extra Options

View Selected Containers

You can click on Selected tickets to see what you’ve chosen so far.

  • View as a list

  • View on a map

This helps you double-check your selection before moving forward.

Step 2: Preview & complete

In this step, you can preview the changes before applying them.

What You Can See

  • A summary of all selected tickets

  • Fields that have been changed, shown with the new values

  • Fields that remain unchanged will also be visible for comparison

This allows you to double-check that everything looks correct before submission.

Final Action

  • Click Submit to apply the changes to all selected tickets

  • Use Prev to go back if you need to edit anything

Once submitted, the updates will be applied to all selected tickets in one action.
