Ticket Kanban

The Ticket Kanban provides a visual representation of tickets and their statuses

Accessing the Kanban

You can access the Kanban view in two ways:

  • Tickets → Tickets Kanban, or

  • Open All Tickets and click the Kanban icon near the ticket map view.


Features on the Kanban page

Filters

Filter tickets by various parameters, including creation date.

Search

Quickly find specific tickets.

Ticket Types

In the left corner, you can see all ticket types created within the selected period.

Kanban Dashboard

In the main area, tickets are displayed in columns based on their status for the selected ticket type.


Ticket Details

  • By clicking on a ticket, you are automatically navigated to the ticket’s page, where you can view all necessary information.

  • By clicking on the address inside the ticket, you will be navigated directly to the Property Details page.


Bulk Actions on Tickets

You can perform bulk actions on tickets directly from the list or Kanban view:

Selecting Tickets:

  • Select one or multiple tickets → a top bar will appear with available actions.

  • Based on which tickets you choose, it will be visible which options can be applied.

From this bar you can:

  • Change ticket priority

  • Change assignee

  • Use bulk editing

  • Print labels

Disabled options:

If an action is disabled, hover over it to see why you cannot apply it.

Select/Unselect All:

  • In the top-right corner, you can select all tickets that match the current filter.

  • You can also unselect all tickets by pressing the same button.
