Managing Pickup Settings

To manage pickup settings, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Settings
Go to Settings → Operation Management → Pickup Settings.

2. Search and View Existing Settings

  • You can search for a pickup setting by name.

  • A table displays all existing pickup settings, showing the following information:

    • Name

    • Collections

    • Collection Calendars

3. Actions for Existing Pickup Settings
Click the three dots (⋮) next to a setting to:

  • Edit the pickup setting

  • Delete the pickup setting

  • Generate Collection Calendars and dates

    • When generating collection calendars, you can specify the period end.

4. Creating a New Pickup Setting
Click Action → + Pickup Setting and provide the following details:

  • Project: Select the relevant project

  • Name: Enter a name for the collection

  • Collection per week: Specify the number of collections per week

  • Weeks between: Define the interval between collections

Collection Calendar Days

Here you can see all collection dates that have been created and added to calendars, along with the Pickup Settings they are associated with. You can edit or delete these dates.


Collection Weeks

In the Collection Weeks tab, you can view weeks that can be used as the start for a pickup setting. Weeks that have already been created can also be edited.


Collection Deviations

You can view, edit, delete, or add new collection deviations by pressing Action.


Areas

In the Areas tab, you can add new areas for collection.


Haulers

In the Haulers tab:

  • Press Action to add a new hauler.

  • Use the three dots menu to edit or delete an existing hauler.

When you select a hauler, you will see the Pricing tab. In this tab:

  • Press Action to create a hauler price, specifying:

    • Product – the type of product collected

    • Area – the area where the collection occurs

    • Period – the applicable time period

    • Fee – the price or fee for the service

You can also edit or delete existing pricing entries using the three dots menu.


Appearance Settings

In the Appearance Settings tab, you can:

  • Change the color of the stop status.

  • Reset the color to default.

  • Preview the changes on both the platform and the navigation app.
