Prerequisites - permissions
To access Classic Export, your role must have the Export permission enabled under the Analytics section. If you can see the Classic Export menu item but are unable to export, contact your administrator and ask them to grant you the necessary permission.
Opening classic export
Go to Data & Analytics in the left navigation.
Select Classic Export.
The list shows all available export configurations - including the export type, status, and file format.
Creating an export
Click the Action button and select Export. A dialog will appear where you choose:
Entity - the type of data to export (e.g. Containers, Routes, Tickets)
File type - CSV or XLSX
Click Export and the file will be generated and downloaded immediately - no further configuration needed.
Tips
Classic Export is ideal for quick, one-off exports without filtering or scheduling.
