Working with Containers

Here you will learn how to create containers, manage them, and access detailed information about each container.

Creating a Container

1. Go to Asset → Containers.

2. Click Action → Add Container.

Required Information

When creating a container, you need to fill in the following details:

  • Container ID

  • Project

  • Container Type

  • Waste Fraction

  • RFID (optional – you can pair the RFID later using the navigation app or manually enter the number)

Location

  • You can search for the location on the map or manually enter the address.

Pickup Settings

Fill in the pickup-related information:

  • Pickup Method

  • Status

  • Pickup Setting

Route Scheme

  • You will see a list of routes that the container can be added to.

Sensor Settings (optional)

  • For containers with sensors, you can define the threshold for when the sensor marks the container as full (e.g., when fill level is above a certain percentage).

Additional Options

  • Add a description (on the platform or in the navigation app).

Once all required fields are filled in, click Submit (or Cancel to discard changes).

If some required fields are missing, the system will display a notification.

After the container is successfully created, you will see a confirmation message along with the entered information.


Viewing Container Information

  • To view container details, click View in the same row as the container ID.


Managing Containers

  • Click on the three dots on the left side in the overview to manage a specific container.

  • Edit or Delete: Use the corresponding buttons to update or remove a container.

  • Print Label: Generate a label that can be used for scanning.

Press View to the related information about the specific Containers:

Related Tabs

At the top, you will also see tabs with additional information linked to the container:

  • Routes:

    • you can see the routes the container is connected to and their current status. To view more information about a specific route, click View next to that route.

Example:
If the container ID is 1001, you will see it listed in the stop list of the corresponding route.

You can also view:

  • Collection Log

  • History

  • Tickets (related to this container)

  • Property

  • Property Groups

  • Invoices

  • Agreements

Under configuration it is possible to edit the container settings and delete the container from the system.


Creating Bulk Tickets

You can create bulk tickets in two ways:

  • Bulk Container Tickets

    • Go to Assets → Containers → Click Action → Create Bulk Container Tickets

  • Bulk Property Tickets

    • Click Action → Create Bulk Property Tickets

    • You can create Bulk Property Tickets from the Tickets page by clicking Action → Create Bulk Property Tickets.

Accessing Container Information

You can access a container’s information in several ways:

Via All Properties:

  1. Navigate to All Properties.

  2. Select the desired property.

  3. Go to the Containers tab.

4. View Container Details:

  • Click View to see all information about the container.

5. Edit Container:

  • Click the three dots (⋮) next to the container and select Edit to modify its details.


Accessing Containers via Tickets

  1. Go to the Tickets section.

  2. Select a ticket based on its type – note that not all tickets may have containers attached.

  3. In the Information section, choose the Container tab.

  4. Click View More to see detailed information about the container.
