Updates

Our updates section highlights key workflow improvements and provides guidance to help you adapt. Recent updates include a new sidebar, visibility of unplanned collections, the option to reopen rejected or completed tickets, adding recordings to tickets, showing original file names, and displaying property info for property-level tickets. We’ll continue expanding this section with more details and welcome your feedback on what else to include.

Sidebar

Platform | Improvement | New design

We’ve introduced a redesigned sidebar that follows modern SaaS patterns. Instead of a panel that appeared on hover or click and covered the view, you now have a clean, collapsible menu (hamburger style). You can quickly search for any section, and updated icons make navigation clearer and more intuitive.

Saved filters

Tables | Improvement | Persistent Filters

We’ve improved the table filtering experience to make it more reliable and user-friendly. Saved filters are now stored at the user level in the database, ensuring they persist across devices, browsers, and sessions. Filters remain active even after page reloads, navigation, or clearing the cache, so users no longer need to recreate them repeatedly. This update significantly reduces frustration and streamlines table interactions.

Ticket Reopen Feature

Platform | New function | Ticket reopening logic

We’ve improved the ticket management flow so that you can now reopen tickets with the proper permissions:

  • Completed → Open: Tickets marked as completed can be restored to an active state.

  • Rejected → Created: Tickets that were rejected can be recreated for follow-up.

Previously, once a ticket was marked as done or rejected, you couldn’t reopen it -even if it was closed by mistake or new information became available. Now, you can restore these tickets without creating duplicates, making follow-up smoother and your workflow more flexible.

Voice Recording Attachments

Driver App | Platform | New Feature

You can now record and attach voice notes when reporting tickets from the Driver App. This helps you provide clearer context and improves communication. On the Platform side, you can play back these recordings directly within the ticket record, giving you a smoother and more complete ticket review - without needing any external tools.

View Original File Names

Platform | Improvement

You can now see the original file names in the system. Before, it was hard for you to identify the correct document because only generic names were shown. Now, the real file names are visible, making it easier for you to recognize and manage your files.

Unplanned Collections in Property History

Platform | New Feature

We’ve made property collection history more transparent by showing unplanned collections alongside the planned ones. Before, only planned collections were visible, which made it harder for you to track extra or out-of-schedule requests. Now you can see everything in one place, giving you a complete overview of each property’s collection activity.

Edit Container Type

Platform | New Feature

You can now change the type of a container associated with a property directly from the container view. Click the pen icon to edit, and you’ll be redirected to the ticket creation page with the correct ticket type. Once the ticket is completed, your changes will be applied, making it easier for you to manage container updates.
