We have improved the bulk create tickets and bulk edit ticket flow and implemented the flow in various places in the platform. There are some restrictions for different actions for different service types you need to be aware of, please make sure to read the help article.


A more customizable & flexible table

Introducing a new feature for you to customize the column better in the table views. You can now drag and drop to determine what column you want to fix in front of the table. We hope this update can give you more power in comparing and browsing data in a more clear and easier way.


Easier ways to add tickets to routes

We have improved the flow for you to add tickets to routes. You can add tickets directly in the route detail view or bulk-select tickets on the ticket table to schedule to route. Remember, only tickets that are allowed to be scheduled into the route based on its route scheme will be visible in the selection.


Filter bar update for a better experience

We have improved the filter bar in all the tables and maps to create a better user experience. The filter bar update is available for a more accessible filter, searching, and date range settings.


Address settings for Add Container services

In the ticket form for Add Container services, you can now customize the container location even before the container is delivered to the property. This will help you cut down manual work on updating container location after container delivery.


A Better Way to Keep Track of Tickets

Introducing our latest enhancement: a brand new notification feature designed to streamline your workflow by keeping you informed about all tickets relevant to you. There are 3 main features in this update:

  1. Improving data visibility: Visualizing the information of the notification in a better way.

  2. Direct Notifications: Stay updated on all ticket notifications for tasks explicitly assigned to you.

  3. Following Notifications: Keep track of all ticket notifications for the tickets you're actively following.


Container label printing & Automation rules

We introduced a new feature for a better container label printing and scanning process. You can now set up the rules for label-related actions in ticket automation rules. The label printing action is now possible on the platform. Additionally, the navigation app will support the scanning and container RFID pairing process with some integration. Container and Agreement status sync

We have improved the syncing issues between container statuses and agreement statuses. The status of the agreement will affect the container status, and prevent inactive containers from being planned into the routes. Read more to understand how the status syncs up.
