Introduction
It's easy to reset a route or stop in the route detail view on the platform and in the Navigation app. Resetting a route or stop will result in several changes, which will be explained in this article.

What happens when the route is reopened?
When a route is completed, the system will mark all the unfinished stops in 'Skipped' status. Sometimes, the user might complete the whole route by mistake and lock the route. In this situation, you can reopen the route directly on the platform. Reopening the route ensures you keep all the current data (including completion time, driver, tickets, etc.).
