Introduction
The container status is often related to the status of agreements on the property. It depends on agreement dates and if the related ticket is being resolved. Here, we will introduce the meaning of the status of agreement and containers and how they correlate with each other.
Agreement statuses
Agreement status helps you understand if the agreement is currently active, pending, ended, or it is scheduled to be active in the future. Here is the definition of what each status means:
Status | Definition |
Active | The agreement period includes the present day. |
Future | The agreement period starts in the future. |
Ended | The agreement period ends earlier than the present day. |
Pending | There is an associated 'Add container' service on the agreement that is not yet being completed. |
Container statuses
Container status reflects the agreement status. However, there are more options for container statuses for selection.
Status | Definition |
Active | The container's associated agreement period includes the present day. ONLY containers in this status can be planned into routes. |
Future | The container's associated agreement period starts in the future. |
Ended | The container's associated agreement period ends earlier than the present day. |
Pending | There is an associated 'Add container' service on the container that is not yet being completed. |
In storage | The container is in storage. |
In transit | The container is leaving the storage. |
Defect | The container is broken. |
Status relations
Note:
Changing the agreement status will automatically change the container status.
Changing container status manually will not affect agreement status.
If you change the container status manually, it will not affect the associated agreement. However, changing the agreement status will instantly update the container status.
