Introduction
In the Portal settings, you can customize your portal login page. This allows you to tailor the portal to better align with your brand from your client's perspective.
Global elements
To set up the global styling, go to Setting → Customer portal → System customization.
Color
You can set up two brand colors for color customization. We recommend using one dark color and one light color. The color will be updated across the entire portal. To do this setting, you will need your brand color's Hex code (e.g., #FFFFFF).
Font
You can set up two fonts that correspond to Header and inner text. You can find the option to upload a custom font as well. Remember that the system determines the font weight. We recommend you upload the medium weight (400).
Border-radius
Border radius refers to the rounded order of UI elements. You can choose from the predefined values None, small, medium, and big. This will help you better match your brand's visual style.
Login page customization
To set up the login page, go to Setting → Customer portal → Login page.
Background
You can set up a background image that fits your brand. However, if you leave the image blank, it will be used as the background by default using the Dark system color.
Instruction text/ description
You can use this function to set up an introductory text for your clients. The settings are divided into sections and will appear as clear paragraphs for each section on the customer end. You also have the option to add external links if they help you explain the topic better.
Header and footer
If you want to embed the portal login site into your website, you may want to remove the default login header that we provide. You can choose to turn off the header and footer according to your requirements. Keep in mind that this customization only affects the login page.
Homepage customization
To set up the login page, go to Setting → Customer portal → Homepage.
Add news and description
You can use this function to share news and updates with your clients - or simply anything you want. The settings are divided into sections and will appear as cards on the customer end. You also have the option to add external links if they help you explain the topic better.
