Introduction
Creating bulk tickets allows drivers to efficiently report issues for an entire road or multiple containers at once. This feature is designed to help drivers work more efficiently while on duty.
Step 01: Enter create bulk tickets flow
This guide only applies when you are active on a route.
While on a route, open the Toolbox and find the Create Bulk Ticket option.
Select Bulk Create Ticket from the menu.
You will now enter the Bulk Create Ticket flow.
Step 02: Selecting stops/containers
To create bulk ticket, you first need to select the destination of the ticket , meaning which stops or containers you are creating ticket for. You can select ticket by using the following tools provided in this view:
01 Switching views
You can select between Map view and Table view to see selected stops or containers.
02 Filters
To help drivers quickly find relevant destinations (such as stops or containers), users can apply the following filters:
Stop type ( All containers/ Containers on the route/ Ticket stops on the route )
Stop status
Distance from driver
Waste fraction
Container types
Pickup settings
Collection calendar
Or manually entering Container IDs
03 Manually select
Drivers can directly tap on the pin on the map to select the stop. Tap again to cancel the selection.
04 Select the whole street
The system will automatically detect the driver’s current location and filter stops or containers along the same street. Users can customize the selection by setting a desired distance range and filtering by even or odd house numbers. This feature is especially useful when a road is blocked, allowing for more efficient rerouting and ticket creation.
Step 03: Enter ticket detail
Select a Ticket Type: Choose the appropriate ticket type for the bulk ticket creation.
Fill in the Required Fields: Enter all the necessary information. The data will be applied to all the tickets in the batch.
Review and Submit: After confirming all details are correct, submit the bulk ticket.

Step 04: View the created ticket
You can view the created ticket from:
Stop list:
Open the stop detail page, you can find the attached ticket to the stopFrom the ticket table:
If you exit the route, you can find the ticket you created in the Ticket table.
