Introduction
The role setting allows you to determine what action the user can perform in the system. This setting will also affect users' actions on the Navigation app. You could set up multiple roles and configure their permissions specifically based on each user's task and responsibility.
Create a role and set up permission
Go to Settings → User management → Roles
Select the '+' button on the list to the left
Give this role a unique name
Select permissions for this role.
Attaching the role to a user
Go to Settings → User management → Users
Select a user you would like to add/ change the role
You can see the role-setting in the 'Basic' section.
